KJL Quartz, professional quartz slab manufacturer in China, has upgraded its production capacity by introducing a new press machine supporting custom quartz slabs up to 3.2m × 650mm.

Previously, our standard press produced 3.2m × 1.8m large slabs. Clients needed to cut big slabs according to project drawings, which generated lots of leftover scrap material. The new press enables on-demand custom sizing within 3.2 meters. We can produce quartz slabs precisely matching construction drawings directly, greatly cutting waste and lifting material utilization.

Another major upgrade is simplified material handling. The old production process relied on overhead cranes for slab transportation. The new machine removes hoist lifting steps, streamlines production workflow and improves workshop operation efficiency.

This equipment upgrade brings obvious cost advantages for residential renovation and commercial countertop projects.
