Arctic white quartz stone extremely durable, scratch resistant and stain resistant so it will not require sealing or other routine maintenance like other countertops. 1, Quartz stone slabs contains 90 to 94 percent ground quartz and 6 to 10 percent polymer resins and pigments, combined to produce a granite-hard slab that can duplicate the look of mesmerizing marble swirls or earthy natural stone, without the maintenance.
2, Quartz countertops also resists scratching and cracking to a greater degree than many natural countertops, ranking a“7" in hardness on the Moh's scale.

Applications

Quality Control
The manufacturing process is a controlled process and quality-control measures exist for quartz stone slabs that are not possible for natural stones. It begins with selection of raw quartz materials. They are crushed and blended in the ratio of 93 % quartz aggregates to 7% polyester resin and other additives. The process used during production ensures that any delivered quartz slab will be identical in color and texture to the sample slab. Our quality control team will check every slabs before packing.
