Characteristics of Quartz Stone
It has high hardness and is not easily scratched. The hardness of quartz stone is generally 5-6, and some even exceed 6, so ordinary iron tools, knives, etc. will not leave any marks when scratched.
High density, resistant to stains and penetration, and bright. Quartz stone is formed by vacuum compression and high-temperature solidification, so it has high density (density 2.3-2.5g/cm³), which makes it resistant to stains, has a very low water absorption rate, and is resistant to penetration. In addition, quartz stone is polished to a high gloss after fine processing.
Resistant to acid and alkali, with no radiation. Quartz stone is mainly made of natural quartzite, and pure quartz crystals are resistant to acid and alkali, odorless and tasteless, and have no radioactivity.
Resistant to high temperatures: The basic material of quartz stone is quartz, and the melting point of quartz itself is as high as 1300℃, so quartz stone has a very high resistance to burning.
Rich in color and diverse in patterns. Quartz stone is a man-made stone material, and the color and pattern can be selected.
