FABRICATION AND INSTALLATION GUIDELINES AND NORMS

Materials should be inspected prior to installation

Fabricator Conditions disfigurement Check:

 The Fabricator must completely check crossbeams for any plant blights before manufacturing. 

 Shade Variation Check :

 Due to naturally being shade variation essential in all quartz face( Indeed within successionally numbered crossbeams) The Fabricator is needed to check the color match on all crossbeams used in the same operation before manufacturing. Special attention to this detail must be taken where crossbeams meet at a confluence. A dry fit in a well- lighted area is to be done before the fabricated crossbeams leave the fabrication shop. 

 General Installation Conditions 

•  Cut to size, shape and polish KJL quartz arbor with the applicable water- cooled diamond tooling. 

•  KJL quartz arbor isn't warranted on surface operations. 

•  The covers of the closets must be position within1/8" over a 118" length. 

•  A minimal1/16" gap is recommended between the KJL quartz arbor countertop and back wall. 

•  Seal and secure the frontal top edge of the press or rough top to the underpart of the KJL quartz arbor top with a1/16" to1/8" periphery blob of flexible glue around the border. 

•  Use only flexible glue to cleave KJL quartz arbor to wood, sword, ceramic, pipe, etc. Don't strictly cleave KJL quartz arbor to other products. 

•  Apply the backsplash of KJL quartz arbor to the sundeck using flexible glue. 

•  Apply KJL quartz arbor penstocks( pieces lower than 24" x 24") using pipe glue. 

• Noway install mechanical fasteners( screws, nails,etc.) or pressure fit inserts directly into KJL quartz arbor Slip fit and epoxy resin inserts may be used where inserts are needed. 

•  Don't install KJL quartz arbor over old countertops. 

 Installation Support Conditions 

•  respectable support accoutrements are MDF board, plywood, structural sword, and wood. 
  

•  Particleboard isn't approved or to be used as a support material. 

•  Installed on standard 24 ” closets should have perpendicular support at minimal every 36 ”. 

•  Maximum protuberance without support is 12 ” for 2 CM, 15 ” for 3CM.Maximum protuberance before legs or column supports are needed is 18 ” for 2 CM, 21 ” for 3 CM. 

•  On protuberances exceeding the maximum protuberance length use plywood or MDF coating with a minimal5/8 ” consistence and corbels unevenly spaced at no lesser than 36 ” intervals. 

•  On protuberances exceeding 18 ” for 2 CM, 21 ” for 3CM use solid substrate along with legs or columns spaced at intervals of no further than 36 ” piecemeal. 

 Chemicals To Avoid 

•   Certain chemicals and detergents can harm the face of Quartz face accoutrements . noway allow the face of KJL quartz arbor to come in contact with any product that contains Trichlorethane, Methylene Chloride( frequently used in makeup strippers), Sodium Hydroxide and or Potassium Hydroxide, aggressive cleaning agents like roaster/ caff cleanser, Cleansers with high alkaline PH situations, liquid or greasepaint drain cleansers and bottom strippers. 

• Still, wash incontinently with water to neutralize and minimize damage to the KJL quartz arbor face, If KJL quartz arbor is accidentally exposed to any of the forenamed chemicals or detergents. Damage caused by chemical abuse isn't warrantied.
