Quartz Stone Is Different From Synthetic Stone

Synthetic stone is harder than traditional artificial stone. But it is not a quartz stone! The price is also quite cheap, and some even say that this is quartz stone misleading consumers. Because synthetic stone is tougher than natural marble, there is almost no design limitation in its plasticity, with unlimited creativity and unlimited performance. However, synthetic stone is prone to scratches and bleeding, so please pay attention to maintenance when using it. If it is damaged, it cannot be repaired by grinding or polishing, because its surface finish has been specially treated. In addition, synthetic stone is not resistant to high temperatures. It is recommended not to put heat-producing utensils directly on the surface, and to use heat insulation pads.

Quartz stone is made of about 90% quartz sand, resin and antibacterial agent under vacuum, high pressure and high temperature. Because it contains high quartz sand as the main structure, the texture is harder and tighter, it is not easy to make special shapes, and its plasticity is lower than other artificial stones. However, it has the characteristics of wear resistance, scratch resistance, and anti-permeability that other materials can't match. Due to the high hardness of quartz stone, once an exception is made, it is not as easy to repair as artificial stone. Under normal circumstances, quartz stone does not need to be taken care of, and direct contact with high-temperature containers should be avoided to prevent it from exploding when exposed to heat.
