What Is Quartz Jumbo Slab?
We can produce different size of quartz slabs, like size 96"x29.5" (2440mmx750mm), 118"x29.5" (3000mmx750mm), which we call it "Small Quartz Slab". Size 118"x55" (3000mmx1400mm) is our standard quartz slab. Quartz jumbo slab is the large size quartz with size 126"x64" (3220mmx1620mm). Quartz jumbo slabs can minimize or eliminate the seams in larger islands, wider countertops and other special interior projects, are ideal for surfaces like kicthen islands and wall panels.
How To Pack The Quartz Jumbo Slabs?
There are two packaging methods for quartz jumbo slabs,U-shaped wooden frame and A-shaped frame. The one we usually use is U-shaped wooden frame. The quantity in one U-type wooden frame is depends on the thickness of the jumbo slabs (15mm:20pcs/bundle, 20mm:15pcs/bundle, 30mm:10pcs/bundle). The top of wooden frame will be fixed well by steel bars.
How To Load The Quartz Jumbo Slabs Into a Container?
The packed quartz jumbo slabs can be loaded into a container by U-shaped lifting boom. Four bundles jumbo slabs put inside of the container and another three bundles inserted into the front lines. Between each bundle will be fixed with wooden strips to support it and prevent it from falling over. We will also add a long wooden strips at each side of the second line to protect the container.
